Pros

Lots of flexibility around work hours, ability to telecommute if required. Learning centre and training offered was okay. Charity focus was a plus.

Cons

The fact that customers viewed Experis only as Manpower and thus viewed the company as a payrolling / blue collar recruiter only. Management did not see fit to address this, despite it being raised with them.

Experis needs a lot of internal self-examination

Pros

Experis has managed to get on significant contracts with large national and international companies. There is some excellent talent at Experis with people who genuinely care about their jobs and roles within the company.

Cons

Management does not listen to internal concerns or client concerns until it is too late. There is a serious lack of ethic within the management group and employees are set up to have objectives that conflict with other team members creating a serious disconnect internally. Talent was eroded due to lack of professionalism and consistent comp plan changes (not usually in favor of the employees, no matter how they tried to spin it).
