You get the opportunity to run your desk the way you want to. If you are making money and hitting then you are left alone.

Pros

Experis as a company was attractive at first, being under the umbrella of a larger corporation. co-workers were nice and everyone was easy going

Cons

everyone was too easy going. management from all branches were disorganized. directors and managers were never onthe same page and many employees were just staying due to seniority

Pros

Lots of opportunities for salespeople and recruiters. You can make a lot of money if you are willing to work hard and patiently grow your client or consultant base.

Cons

Training program is intended for employees with similar experience and a history of success. Not a full-scale training program for those that are new to the industry. However, this may be changing soon.
