Pros

-Great office location (1 block from the Metra) and located in the West Loop -Non-micromanaged environment -Great benefits -Strong commission plan-if you are willing to work hard and stay focused, you can make great money

Cons

-The office set up makes it hard to communicate -The technology systems need updating (there will be an updated ATS system that is in process of being rolled out)

Pros

Full time pay but no raises or employee reviews. So it's really a negative.

Cons

No raises. Many excuses for no raise. Bad management. No leadership. Managers have zero technical knowledge on your job and daily duties. Don't fill out their survey when emailed. It is not anonymous and will get you in trouble.

Lots of experience within senior management. Good compensation package. Strong set of recruiting tools. Solid business development managers with lots of company access.

Cons

Poor overall structure and leadership communication. No attempt at retention of talented individuals. Lack of consistent training and zero accountability.
