Pros

Hourly work, paid for each and every hour that you work. Good engagement with employees, but not a fantastic job of keeping up with job seekers.

Cons

They don't do a very good job of keeping you updated on the opportunities that you have been submitted to, and you feel like you are all alone adrift.

Pros

Great team, positive environment, serious talent, overall a good place to work! It is satisfying to place people in jobs, too!

Cons

Health benefits are expensive out of pocket, salary is just okay and the corporate environment is kind of too big to know what is going on or to make positive changes in the overall!
