Pros

The salary was good, considering the local salary in Peru. Fully remote work. Even though you might be outsourced from a local office to the US office, they make you feel like you belong and care for your development. Very flexible with PTOs. Continuous learning is encouraged.

Cons

The local working landscape is not as good, considering their clients are not so big. You are better off applying for remote outsourcing in North America or Europe. Didn't feel like there was an effort to show, know, or build on the company's values.
