Pros

Loved the job itself and my co-workers.

Cons

Entry-level wages for highly experienced employees. Management keep themselves intentionally uneducated about the job, so they don't have to be held accountable. Once the contract is signed, don't expect any useful support.

Pros

They found me a great job

Cons

1) No one ever checked in with me after I started my assignment to see how it was going. 2) When it came time to transition to a full time position it was expected I do all the negotiating, find out start/end dates., etc. My other agencies in the past took care of this for me. 3) The benefits are AWFUL. If you qualify for any, they are over the top expensive. There is no paid vacation, at all. None. For anyone. Ever. 4) BE CAREFUL with their HSA/FSA accounts. All the money you place in it disappears on the LAST DAY of your assignment with them. It just so happens they'll go ahead and take those deductions out of your last paycheck too, and you can't get access to the money because you get your paycheck after your last day. I'm seriously considering a small claims action on that one. 5) They were very unhelpful when it came time to renegotiate my hourly rate. Basically, they'll place you and find you a gig but then you'll never hear from them again. Don't expect any help or worthwhile benefits.

Pros

I worked from home for 3 years.

Cons

Started with recruiting. One big lie. As a Sr. Technician be prepared to work for people who has no idea what you do or how you do it. You will also get stuck in their "bait and switch". They sell 2-3 consultants but then bill for 5. So... never any second engagements unless the company is desperate. Oh, and since the extra bodies are eating up the budget, you are always rushed. When they find you work, they expect you to fund your travel with reimbursement. Of course reimbursement is almost impossible due to a lack of proper documentation and a real process. Forget ever borrowing from YOUR 401k. And once you leave, you have NO grace period with medical / dental coverage. No forethought. Example: They claimed they were letting me go because they had no opportunities to carry my salary. As i finalized my new position, with a new company, they called me trying to recruit me for that position. Ridiculous! !!!
