Pros

Job itself was fun and learning experience.

Cons

Compensation didnt make much for general market competition. Promotions depended on if a spot opened up due to an employee quitting that role or moving up themselves. Asking for a raise was like pulling teeth no matter how excellent of an employee you are.

Great Coworkers. Lots of Learning Opportunities.

Low Pay for industry. Constant Yearly Layoffs. Poor communication from Managment. Misleading Yearly updates.
