Pros
The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are second to none in making some long-lasting friendships.
Cons
Two breakout teams meetings of training before you are put in the recruiter chair, the expectation is to know what you've never been taught, the metrics systems is stringent and without flex, you need to make placements to stay employed here, if you have candidates who are let go (even if logically you can't predict what they do) you will take the brunt of it.
