Very positive atmosphere Nurturing - lots of training provided. They invest in your career growth Depending on project, lots of opportunity to learn new skills and technologies Leads are sensitive to diversity of culture, orientation, and thought, and are genuinely responsive to issues presented by those they lead

Pay is sub-par, particularly for technically skilled QA positions Pay raises are very incremental Pay raises and promotion can come slowly

Personally, it felt like I was watching a live episode of The Office. Take that as you will.

It felt like I was watching a live episode of The Office. Take that as you will. They also did not properly inform us or WARN us that working for them disallowed us to get hired by other tech companies, like Microsoft, for 6 months. We were essentially cattle for our contract term.
