Salary package range is in medium level

1.People in Manager level has little to no knowledge about most of the modules/ functionalities, they give all their work to the juniors and they'll be enjoying their time. Manager will use you as a climbing ladder to get all the good name for them and you'll not be rewarded with anything for your efforts. 2. Work life balance will be literally zero. They give unrealistic commitments to the clients to get the project signed and impose targets on employees to meet that. 3. Salary is below industry standards, you can even expect 0 hike. 4. You'll be played like a football by the management, in whichever project there is a resource shortfall or need an additional resource you'll be replaced there and they expect you to be productive and master everything from Day-01. You cannot expect to learn anything new. 5. Favourism at it's peak. 6. In case of any doubt you cannot seek help from your seniors, because they ask help from you. 7. Outdated projects and technologies 8. Literally no Banking projects inside, it's really dry.
