This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The management are awful, they speak to you like you’re a little child and they look down on you. They have no problem trying to embarrass people in front of everyone for their own amusement. The management are extremely unprofessional and purely do not know how to manage or train anyone. I had no clue what I was doing on the first day as no one actually bothered on showing me what to do. Zero training. They micromanage to a point where it feels like they are breathing down your neck. They don’t do it to help they do it to bully you into making calls. Whenever you ask for help they roll their eyes and act like you’re being a burden on them and like you’re wasting their time. Management are bullies, do not go with this company. There are so many better recruitment companies out there.

Starting salary is quite low
