Pros

Since joining I have been given full autonomy over the marketing function at Explore. This has led to a massive amount of learning, and I have been able to take on valuable feedback from the directors. I've also been able to attend multiple lunch clubs and outings with the company, experiencing places I wouldn't of been able to do if I didn't have the opportunity to work here.

Cons

Due to me being the sole Marketer, this means I'm responsible for a lot more than the average exec would normally be, this can be seen as a positive or negative though.

I have the freedom to come up with new ideas and implement them, which has allowed me to make a real impact on the business. Another aspect I appreciate is how hands-on all the directors are
