Pros

Nice people in GCI for the most part

Cons

Quality control was a constant issue with production and so as a salesperson there were always alot of mistakes I had to make up for, people would stab you in the back and talk about you behind your back Very little support provided Management too concerned with larger accounts and putting their jobs in front of the more loyal and consistent clients Very mismanaged Management was nasty and didn't care about their people When you bring a big account in - they let you go and take your client after you have signed a non-compete and claim that you didn't really bring them in. Yucky Yucky place to work - too mismanaged, laying people off left and right, they were hemorraging money, and too much drama!
