      Creative environment with hardworking and talented people.

      Cons

      Facility si not up to OSHA standards. Hours required to work while employed were 6am-6pm M-F and then 6am-2pm Sat.

      Pros

      Colleagues, culture, fun, fair, family, pay, commission, longevity. This is a great place to work. The responsibility fits the pay, and they are fair with conflict resolution. Management listens to staff ideas, and actually takes the ideas and puts them into motion. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      Gives too many chances for poor performing employees. If you are on a PIP, that should be the end. Hard to find good talent that can handle the work-load.
