Nice office view. Good location.
Cons
Although it has been acquired by IBM, Explorys still run as a startup company. The company atmosphere is nothing about engineering-driven. Engineer is not respected at all. You might be hired to do project A but later are assigned to a different project. Management team don't know how to train and utilize talents and keep losing them to other companies. It is not a real tech company. Anyway, it is not a traditional IBM company.
