Pros
It doesn't matter because the Cons are so horrible. I wish I had stayed long enough to give some but I could only stay 2 months.
Cons
I was hired to help build a team with tenured averaging less than 7 months experience. Within day 2, I realized that the hostile work environment by a 'Director' was IGNORED by senior leadership and is creating an unsustainable working situation. I do not know why IBM is allowing this, but great people are running for the doors. WORST JOB I have ever had.
