Pros

I had great hours for retail work

Cons

I felt that the environment was unnecessarily toxic. I was consistently given more tasks to tend to and then they were surprised that I had less time to ready products for the floor.

Pros

Express is a great place to work during college and they give you a great discount on clothes for employees. It's a good job to have when you're looking to build a wardrobe for cheap while making money at the same time. If you are good at getting credit cards from customers you are praised and have a lot of leeway with management. Also, it is fun to keep up on fashion trends while at work and it forces you to buy the clothes that will keep you looking sharp for whatever events you may be attending in the future.

Cons

Some days are hard when you realize that you're not making much, and you get the crappy parts of the job. It is very detailed oriented... a lot of repetition. Folding clothes--refolding when customers mess up the piles. Also, it's hard not to spend your paycheck when working.
