You're so busy that the days go by fast.

Cons

It's a franchise so the franchisee makes the decisions and if they have family working in the business it makes it difficult for the rest of the team. Sales numbers were too high for account managers and recruiters. They didn't spend money on advertisement and we didn't have a Business Development person.
