      I liked going to them because they knew about positions that were not being advertised.

      Pros

      The staff of the Seattle & Shoreline office were very friendly, however the Kirkland rep was snotty when I told her I couldn't afford to commute to a four hour job while paying to drive across the 520 bridge.

      Cons

      Never placed me in my field of expertise. There's not enough work, and when there was work it was very short term 2-4 days.

      Pros

      These gals will really pull for you...a great position, a schedule that works best for you and your family, pay you need, etc.

      Cons

      There are no benefits, obviously, while going through Express. They do not push the employers enough to 'roll' you to permanent when they say they will. So you may end up going through Express for some time before actually getting on at 'permanent' status with the company you are placed with. Therefore, you may go a while without benefits.
