Pros
Professional and courteous manner of conducting business. Always willing to assist and work with you to achieve your goals, both short and long term. Staff go out of their way (i.e staying back late) to ensure clients needs are met.
Cons
Aside from the pay, I'd like to see Express expand their job opportunities in order to identify with a larger client base.
