      Got paid weekly despite everyone that worked for the company express put me through got paid every other week

      Franchised owned so there is more flexibility

      I haven't stopped working in 8 years. I have email on my phone, I work after hours, I don't take a break and I have my lunch from my desk. I am always busy and always stressed.

      I made a paycheck. They did see potential in me. Just didnt really care.

      Cons

      They placed me into a company going belly up. The culture was terrible. When confronting my hiring manager about it, I was treated very badly.
