Cons
No one has any idea what they're doing. Company couldn't care less about its internal, and external employees. "Associates" are hired, but never placed. You are asked to just ignore the justifiable angry phone calls from people asking when they're going to be placed somewhere. If you are employed at a franchise, working at an actual Express location, you'll find employees come and go, because they quit (unable to tolerate the atmosphere and office politics), or they'll be fired for absolutely no reason.
