      Pros

      Bonus structure. Cindy Fairchild was the kindest person.

      Cons

      Salary was low. Was given two $2 raises in four years. Clicks. Unprofessional. Bipolar coworkers. Treated workers that got hurt on jobs terribly.

      It's great to help customers find employees and help people get into the right jobs.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Stay away. Seriously, stay away. The environment is very bad. Don't believe what management tells you, it's not true. Management makes people's lives miserable, treats everyone like a child, then trashes them when they quit.

      Pros

      It got me the experience I was looking for - I wish I would have had a better desire to stay with the company.

      Cons

      The pay was in violation of federal labor laws. Nobody should be working 65+ hours a week, and not have OT on top of being considered exempt at $22K..... come on.
