      Pros

      The experiences you gain helping others find employment to provide for themselves and their families. It is a very humbling and rewarding experience.

      Cons

      You have to stop treating your employees like they are a number to you. You need to first start off by giving them the tools to succeed, not just throwing them into the fire expecting top results. When goals are not met, have a real conversation on how to navigate through it and find a solution to get back on track. Your turnover is as high as it is because you do not care about your employees, it's all about money to you, you have no shame in making that known either.

      Pros

      Work place was great, co workers were great, meeting new people and helping them find jobs was great.My co-worker was great at her job, she taught me a lot about Express in the time I was there. I had worked in the industry before, but Express did things different as most business do.

      Cons

      The owner was rude, unprofessional only treated on of the internal staff with respect I'm thinking because she was older than the rest of the staff.

      Pros

      I have nothing good to say about this place do not waste your time with Express I'm happy I no longer work here and I've only been there for 4 days this place is a JOKE!!!

      Cons

      The manager didn't give me clear expectations on what my job responsibilities were. They wanted me to do certain things however they didn't communicate them to me. The manager just assumed that I would get them done.
