      Pros

      College is really nice and very easy going, can learn a lot from there from zero experience to expert in very short of amount of time.

      Cons

      lacking management, treating employees terribly. under staff, no one can be your backup. also need to go to the warehouse all the time to pack the freights ( because only have 2 people working in the warehouse ).

      Workplace full of drama, and lack of support from other; Training almost useless, they don't have a proper training system; Management is inefficient and not a peace relationship with each level of works
