      Pros

      Employee discount, some of the best associate coworkers, great clothes.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The managers are downright terrible. They’re completely disrespectful and don’t have any leadership skills. Not to mention, the lack of communication is a joke. The management is just plain rude. One last thing is that they shove credit down your throat. If you don’t get a credit card then you’re an outcast in their eyes.

      Employee discount on great quality clothes! Good opportunities for learning useful skills that transcend the retail industry Flexible with availability and always willing to give more hours when possible Opportunities for advancement

      While there are opportunities for advancement, it takes a long time. Took me 4 years to reach a Sales Lead position Some locations are more willing to hire from outside instead of promoting from within Pay can be okay, but not the best
