Pros
I started working at Express to get experience in retail. I've already learned a lot in 2 months and have played every role in the store. So it's good if you want to learn about retail or you just need some extra money and like the store. The 40% discount is really nice, especially if you already shop their a lot.
Cons
Management favors employees that have been there longer, some managers get away with being very rude to the employees. Closing shifts on the weekends can last till 1:30am. The pay is really, really low.
