Great managment and flexible job, but little room for advancement and terrible pay

-Learn to work in a fast pace environment -Emphasis on professionalism -Management trains employees well

Cons

-Not enough hours due to payroll going over: short staffed and too busy at times -Sexist company. Men get paid more than women. -VERY little room for advancement. You have to be the favorite and be extremely pushy. You also have to be willing to relocate.
