Pros
Great company culture- the best part of my job is the people I work with in the creative department. You get a fantastic discount with extra-discount days from time to time and sample sale is always the best time of the year.
Cons
The work place is very fast-paced and stressful at times because things are constantly changing. There's not a great work-life balance and I feel it's hard to grow.
