High level of transparency from the CEO. Great remote-first environment, with competitive pay. Benefits are slightly lacking, but unlimited PTO is great and encouraged to use.

Cons

Company experienced rapid growth, which led to some layoffs. Sometimes management seems to move too quickly without a fully thought out plan.

Cons

No market fit, will never be profitable because they can’t work with any industries and their new tool isn’t significant enough for any real company to buy, They work with companies who are sunsetting and promise unrealistic results. This is one of those places who got dumped all kinds of money when things were good. Now they are extremely over valued and are not even profitable. This is one of those fake tech companies that will end up sunsetting
