- a lot of room for career growth - we get to work in a modern tech stack (typescript, react, aws, node) - great team of engineers, everyone is very knowledgeable and always willing to help share knowledge - I joined the team as a front end engineer but have since gained fullstack knowledge - a lot of company transparency!! - a lot of code ownership, if you have an idea and a way for it to work, you will most likely get to build it ( that's pretty cool ) - things move relatively fast since it's a startup - awesome benefits ( unlimited PTO, fully covered medical, dental and vision, educational resources, etc. )
