Pros

The company and its dedication to its staff and guests are great. Many resources are supplied to ensure the employee has a successful journey and the customer experience provided is above standards.

Cons

When promoting someone to management one must not only take into consideration the skill set acquired but also the individuals approachability and people skills. When all is said and done our business is in the hospitality industry. So management must be able to adapt to handle all situations in a professional and calm manner.

Pros

Over a career of several years with ESA, I have been afforded multiple opportunities for growth in various roles. The only limits are those you set on yourself. There are many mentors within the organization and this company is very much invested in its employees. As the company continues to grow, I am confident that I will continue to grow with it.

Cons

Tough to get to know all of the players when working remotely.

Pros

they use a very easy computer program called Nite Vision. If you work the morning shift the breakfast is very simple and easy.

Cons

Their corporate offices are extremely cheap, so the hotels are never maintained well enough, nor do they care about the employees, the General Manager I had played favorites and was very rude and unproffesional.
