Pros

While I was there my coworkers made it enjoyable and made me look forward to coming to work every day. However upper management showed instability and quite often lacked professionalism. While I would definitely say that there were several who were friends in a business environment they lacked leadership that was necessary to make it a worthy job to come back to day after day

Cons

Rules were made as we went policy with something only paid attention to when upper upper level management was present. All in all it was a weak House of Cards.

Pros

You can learn a lot of different things at this company that would be beneficial to you in your future work force. Nice people to work with, nice work life balance. Pay is decent.

Cons

No real training, you learn as you go. Leadership is not the best, in fact the biggest issue is the lack of leadership. New CEO is not very personable like old CEO. Benefits are not the best.
