Pros

starting pay is reasonable. hotel is very nice and the guests are terrific! Co-workers are great.

Cons

A lot of employees have to pay a toll bridge fee to get to work. ($5.00) one way, , management does not compensate you for it AND you can't deduct it off your taxes. So, if you work 5 days a week, for 1 month, you have spent 100.00 a month in tolls just to get to work. So, if you make 1000.00 a month for example, DEDUCT $100.00 from it because of tolls. Also, they only have 2 full time employees there and the rest of us is part time. BUT, we work 40 hours a week! AND with no benefits!!! Go fiqure......

Pros

Great hotel concept; most team members work well together, and provide good guest service. The company has a good product and has the potential to lead the market segment. It is not a bad place to work, however, upper management could make it a better place to work.

Cons

Upper management is not always supportive of relavant local property needs, and in cases will only address issues after losing revenue. There is a lack of proactiveness and practicality in upper management; it seems as though they quickly lose focus on pertinent matters. I believe this is because they are focused on trying to take the company public.
