Pros

Flexible schedule SOMETIMES 8 hour 1.5x for holidays worked 7 Free nights after 3 months Guest recognition

Cons

- Night shift is lots of work - Day shifts never do their own job so left you with more work during your shift - basically expected to never call in - nobody willing to cover you when you need a specific day off -not good work/life balance

Terrible company, great relationships

Pros

I loved the people I met there, the guests and coworkers. Growth is very easy if you work in the front desk.

Cons

Inconsistent schedules, terrible management, very low pay. So much work, between issues with housekeeping or maintenance. Basically it all falls on the front desk and you get nothing for all your work.
