Pros

The tenants make the job fun and you can self govern.

Cons

Major lack of communication and a poor training curriculum. When you work the night shift, do not expect to be aware of any changes that happen within the hotel or with management. You will be in the dark.

Pros

No Pros that I can think of in my department. Some departments have work schedules that fit the employees need, mine does not. Some departments have team building, mine does not. Some departments reward hard working employees, mine does not.

Cons

Senior leadership doesnt care how management treat employees. Bad behavior and performance is not only tolerated but rewarded. Need a change across all of top leadership. Pay and benefits are not competitive.
