Pros

A lot of open communication between teams and tiers; management is accessible. CEO knows people at all levels by name and communicates with transparency. A lot of opportunity to share ideas and challenges. Hard work is seen and valued. Innovation at any level is recognized and drives decisions/change. They utilize skills, people aren't confined to only their role, they are allowed to share ideas. It's a great place to work if you have a strong work ethic and are creative because it will actually be valued. As a result, so many colleagues here are inspiring to work with, have open authentic communication, problem solve together, and praise each other instead of compete. Colleagues recognize skills in each other, and because there is a lot of growth and change at the company, when there is a skill or position newly needing to be filled, people recommend each other. It's the most proactive and collaborative place I've worked. Every person I work with cares about the quality of their work and each other, which is incredibly rare and I've only experienced here. The company delivers on work life balance. Management at all levels care about employees' families and personal needs. Holidays, weekends, PTO is respected and encouraged.

Cons

Growth at a whole org level equals change in processes and personnel as well as products. You have to be proactive in learning new products, getting to know new faces and knowing who is a resource for what, and not expecting to be handheld if something needs improvement. This isn't an environment for someone who wants the same status quo for years. If change or lack of certainty gives you anxiety, look elsewhere. New software means identifying enhancement opportunities and reporting needs for fixes, so patience, vigilance, and testing are required while working live on projects with deadlines and dealing with customers with different technical abilities. Flexibility is a must. While work life balance is prioritized by management, flexibility is needed for you to be successful in your role. It's not possible to call it at exactly 8 hours a day every day or 40 hours a week every week. Sometimes large projects need attention a day before a holiday. If a customer needs something last minute, we accommodate to make the project smooth. If a team member is in an opposite time zone across the globe, we might need to take a 4 am call. Your schedule won't stay exactly the same week to week. While there are slower times, they are balanced by very busy times where you may be putting out multiple fires and having to do things with reduced internal support. There isn't a lot of structure when it comes to tracking internal inter-team deliverables. There have been multiple times where multiple teams have collaborated and agreed on needs, but there is lack of clarity on who owns the outcome and no ability for one team to direct another on use of time, so needs don't get driven to completion.

Pros

High-impact teams: Sales, sales ops, enablement, and customer success teams are seriously sharp. People care, and it shows — there’s a strong focus on helping each other win. Relentless drive to get better: This isn’t a stagnant company. There’s an ambition to move from good to great to world-class. That means a lot of investment in tools, playbooks, and training, and it’s ongoing. Leadership listens: There’s space for feedback. When you speak up (especially with solutions), it doesn't just get heard, many get implemented. Fast-paced with purpose: If you like to move quickly and figure things out, you’ll thrive here. Nothing is perfect — but there’s a willingness to acknowledge that and get to work. Culture of accountability: We don’t hide from problems. There's a healthy balance of ownership, teamwork, and transparency.

Cons

Still maturing in some areas: Some internal processes are evolving. If you're used to enterprise polish, you might hit a few bumps while the company continues building toward scale. Heavy lift in high-growth mode: Growing quickly means things can feel a bit chaotic at times — priorities shift, and roles aren’t always clearly defined. Not for passengers: This isn’t a place to coast. It’s best suited for people who want to be part of shaping something, not just showing up.
