Company has close internal teams that makes a good work environment. I found my role expanded over time which allowed for growth in skills and responsibilities. There are opportunities for young people to build their career over time. Production is really busy at them moment so they're probably going to need to hire to cover the volume of orders.
Cons
Company can be very traditional in the way things are done. For the most part this isn't a problem.
