Pros

Leadership (CEO and CRO) are very good. Treat employees with respect and appreciation. Both are seasoned, but energetic and fair. Engineering leadership on the sales side, also very good, industrious and hardworking. Doing the best with what they have to work with in terms of financial flexibility. Benefits, Pay and Culture are all very good. Sales Enablement is pretty good. - Benefits (Healthcare/Dental/Vision) are very good overall. Inclusiveness is part of the culture. Pay is very good.

Cons

The company has a very slow path to certifications for products. This doesn't matter as much in the commercial sector, but in the MoD/DoD/Financial/SP space, it is critical. Need to 'secure' all products and validate with certification. CFO/PLM tend to squeeze the nickel until the buffalo screams on product investment. Limited profits to fund enhancements. Use Flex time off, not vacation PTO. It's up to managers to give you time off. 401k match is $3300 USD - not very competitive.

Pros

Company insurance is good to cover entire family members

Cons

Heartless management. Email account was blocked before the official last day and no heads up given for early termination of email. Did not even have a chance to send farewell message to colleagues. Insurance coverage was also terminated in advance which was in fact a breach of contract. Per contract, i should be covered up till my last day. HR does not give two hoots about you and based on the experience of colleagues that have left and myself, they STRIVE to give you the short end of the stick. Dont expect any recognition of your contributions to the company, assistance or compassion, you are on your own.
