      Pros

      Great culture. People genuinely care about each other and are very approachable. Most of the people I have interacted with act like adults and are professional and there to get the best work done. There is nothing but opportunity right now in this industry and at this company. The executive team is very transparent and communicative.

      Cons

      The health benefits are not great, definitely room for improvement to lower costs for employees.

      Advancing an entire sector of technology to the cloud and leading the way. Great solutions but above all culture of the company and every employees living the values of the organization.

      Cons

      Shifting to the cloud...significant transformation and a lot of work. But everyone is enjoying it.
