Valued by Management. Have a philosophy that failing can only build towards success. My experience is valued and I am encouraged to learn and trail. Great salary - Higher than expected for my role. Benefit, bonus plans and work from home philosophy in place

Cons

Lots of meeting, but how else are you going to stay in touch with such a large organization working from home.
