      Very happy to be working for Extreme. Culture is amazing! The CEO of the company practices what he preaches.

      Cons

      There needs to be a bit more training available. Also, career ladders need to be implemented.

      1. Need more effort to be #1 in his area 2.Better compensation 3.More flexible work style, maybe 4. Can find another disadvantage for Extreme Networks
