Pros

Good people, interesting work, free beer on Thursdays.

Cons

Mandatory weeks off/shutdown in December and on 4th of July week. No PTO/Vacation Time (for accounting reasons), but you can take time off, just need to clear it with your manager. The downside is that you never really have any free time (always busy, aggressive release schedule) to take time off.

Pros

Takes care of employees. Competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Technology direction just follows competitors. Acquisition is main strategy. Not sure integration strategy is good enough.
