extreme company have acquired few other companies in past and not retained any of the technical from there so even today who ever there in extreme sales and SE dont know any technicalities of the acquired products, there are many business partners have moved doing extreme products because of their loyalty and support. They treat their coworker who are in contractors like different no facilities to them and their jobs are very sensitive they will not know when they will be terminated , so never ever join on contractor for any position, where you will be doing all the works of the payroll guys with no respect.
