Great people, great work environment, awesome culture and rewarding work. Also, competitive pay and benefits and great new executive leadership. The at Extreme Networks is super challenging and every employee is given the tools for career advancement. Those that don't advance will never advance anywhere. Extreme Networks encourages collaboration and free thinking. It is the industry's best kept secret.

Cons

None come to mind that stand out versus any other company. Those that complain here at Extreme Networks will complain no matter where they are.

Met or exceeded quarterly earnings for the last 7 quarters! Efforts over the last 1.5 years to better focus on what Extreme does best is paying off. I look forward to continued growth.
