      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible work schedule, pretty good vacation policy. Some exciting projects. Overall a decent place to work. There are a lot of good people to work with at Extreme.

      Cons

      Declining revenue is a bit of a concern. Senior management is working to rally the team to help make a turnaround.

      Excellent team of individuals committed to providing an optimal solution to our clients. Various resource groups- logistics, operations, marketing, engineering-work diligently as one entity to ensure sales success. Fantastic group of coworkers who interact in unison, support each other, and have fun. Able to manage you own business and subsequent success. Good opportunity to make money, not limited, but predicated on one's success

      Cons

      The corporate marketing investment is obviously not the equal of the multi-billion dollar companies which somewhat affects name brand recognition.

      Pros

      Exciting times at Extreme Networks. Management team has a strong vision with even stronger intent to execute. Great product roadmap with strong engineering talent to make it happen. Extreme Networks customers want Extreme to succeed. The Customer Support organization is second to none and will go above and beyond to make a customer successful.

      Cons

      Dynamic environment with constant change. This is not the place to go if you are looking to become an employee number. Every employee has the opportunity to have big impact to the company and the industry. You will work very hard here but will have unlimited potential if you are good at what you do.
