Pros

Nothing specific to write about.

Cons

if you are looking for a stable work environment this place may not be the right choice. Most of the software work is done in Blore.

Pros

Good products, ok benefits, ok compensation. Culture is still a very young culture. Most people work remote if they are in sales.

Cons

Stay away from this one! They just fired 85 people in the beginning of January 2017 and called it a "restructuring". They got rid of SE's, AM's, the Federal team and a lot of channel folks. I would recommend that you look for a position at Cisco or other competitors if you want to be in the wired/wireless switching arena. Typically account managers use price as a weapon to go after competitors in the wired/wireless space.
