Pros

Working from home. Team outing. Relax

Cons

Working on some properitery stuff. People worked on all these junk things from their service company times. They don't let anyone else to grow in either manual or automation team. Some managers and few engineers are being used by tech leaders to let the newly joined leaders down. Spread negative news to the design teams on newly joined leaders. Just for the money and growth these guys will do anything. All money minded leads here. Pathetic.

When Good Companies Go Bad

Pros

Very tight knit teams (laterally, not vertically) Best people are line management or mid management and downward Decent opportunities because everyone is leaving Compensation isn't bad if you fight for it. because they are having retention problems, you can probably negotiate a good package.

Cons

Once you are in, you are a cog in the machine, they don't value their employees Treated as a number. No culture Unpredictability, some employees work/live i fear of getting fired/mgmt Upper management doesn't listen. They may say they do, but they don't actually do anything, so it's like talking to a brick wall.

Pros

Good place to work - flexible time - Decent pay -good technical exposure

Cons

Working employee will not get right appreciation. promotion will be based on your performance in nodding your head to managers. fully biased managers(few). People around will wait for the time to pull you down.
