      People are great, fun atmosphere, products have expanded into comprehensive portfolio & company is growing in market share as well as job opportunities.

      Growing pains, lack of infrastructure to be 3000+ person company, tools are improving

      Pros

      The work-life balance is excellent. There is a lot of room to be creative. Company culture differs a bit from site to site but is good overall

      Cons

      It's a "20 year start up" which sounds exciting but really means we just haven't hit the right groove yet. All the acquisitions mean it takes a while for things to settle down and new technology to be developed. Very top heavy.
