Pros

Work life balance is good. WFH..

Cons

Only favorite people are retained in QA No visibility for engineers Technical leader take all the credits of what engineers do Service company culture with lot of politics .Middle managers and tech leaders blame upper management and playing a double game Make engineers beleive that senior management is bad and that is the reason for no promotion and less hike. Previously lot of blame on the director. Many managers and senior technical people left from test team coz of internal politics... Bringing personal favorite to the company who have resigned earlier. It's becoming like their circle... All good work given only to their faborites. Even targeting design people and spreading quality is bad for his feature.... Total waste of time if you are a senior person joining testing 👫👫👫.
